Your post isn't really clear.
What exactly do you mean by "Is the postel address now your registered addresses to the account?"?
And "Is it registered? Is the number registered to deliver addres"?
In case it helps at all there's no postal address associated with a My48 account.
The account is identified by the phone number and email address.
The postal address is only used when sending a SIM out.
People often ask if they can use a 48 bill/invoice for proof of address purposes but you can't because they don't include any postal/residence address.
If that doesn't help then you'll need to explain/describe your question/issue more clearly and in more detail.
