I put in my old number yesterday but when I made call last night people saw a new line. Also they couldn't reach me on my number

What do you mean by "I put in my old number"?
What exactly did you do?
Did you follow the instructions for porting your number from another provider to 48?
Did that go ok or were there any issues/errors?
