I presume you mean a new SIM to be used separately from your existing 48 SIM by someone else in a different phone?
You follow the same process that you did to order a new SIM before but you need to use a different email address/login than before.
Every separate 48 SIM requires a separate email address/login.
You might want to use the Recruit and Reward option to get referral bonuses for you and the other SIM user.
