I put in €10 but my phone still says to buy membership

I got my sim today, activated it, and waited for it to be fully activated. I then put on €10 but my phone keeps to log in and buy membership. Where has my credit gone?

I figured it out. I had topped up but I had not bought membership. So I logged in and bought membership using my credit balance. all sorted now.
