Did it ever work for you? 

When? 

Did anything change since then? E.g. settings changes, software update, factory reset, new phone, etc.?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Can you receive calls and send messages?

Can you use mobile data?

Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account Dashboard?
