How and when will my SIM be delivered?

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days

If it hasn't arrived after 7 business days then you should probably contact 48 support for further assistance.
