I'm with 48 awhile now but with last month of so I took up bit can't use it in any shape or form so upon sinning into website I'm been told I'm not fully set up and to enter activation code as I can't remember it I've been using the 19 digit code as instructed minus last digital etc but then I'm been told this codes been used what do I do as can't use my phone

Did your SIM ever work?
Sounds like you need to contact 48 support about this/

Have done....yes it worked for ages it's only in the last month thato this is the problem even tired up but can't use it....waiting for a reply from an agent but hoping some1 out there had the same problem
