By "first recharge" I presume that you mean that you're trying to buy your first monthly membership plan?
What do you mean by "activate 1 month free plan activation"?
That doesn't make much sense.
What free plan are you referring to?
If you mean the second month free plan that 48 sometimes offer (and seem to be offering right now) then that should be stacked on your account on your Buy Plan page after you buy your first monthly plan.
b) Once the 48 plan has been purchased, your free one month €12.99 plan will be stacked on your account and the free plan will be used once the initial purchased plan has expired.
c) If auto-renew is disabled while the free €12.99 monthly plan is stacked on your account, the free plan will be removed. Auto-renew must remain enabled to avail of the free €12.99 monthly plan.

There's no activation involved in using this or any other plan. They just start when ready.
