Hi,
I have received my new sim in the post-I'm simply trying to change from my existing sim to a nano sim for my new phone. I've followed the relevant steps and after I enter the activation code I get this message:
"You're already a 48er so you've activated your SIM. Need to change your SIM or got a question about something? Check out our FAQs"
The site says 10 minutes but it's been nearly an hour and still no joy- I've cleared cookies on my browser etc- any ideas?
