Hi, I have registered a new sim and requested to port in 48 sim with my existing number. However, i got email saying that "Problem with moving my number" although i have all correct information as per my knowledge.
Would you please look into the same and fix urgently ?
My current sim is regisred with Eir - 0851590797

We will also need to know the type of account you had with your old network. If you submit the incorrect account details, then your old network will reject our request until the correct information is provided. See account types exlained below and if you are still unsure, just ask your old provider and they will let you know what your account type is.
So you'll probably need to contact eir support to confirm your details.
