Your post was blank @RadkaM6379 and the subject line doesn't really clarify the nature of your issue. 

If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to clearly explain/describe the issue that you're having and the question that you want to ask. 

You need a monthly membership plan if you want to be able to make calls, send texts, and use mobile data. 

Without one you will only be able to receive calls and texts. 

If you don't buy a membership plan for 6 months then your account still become suspended.
