Difficulty porting number over

Hi,

 

I recently joined 48 form Virgin. I contacted customer care who were helping me port my number over but I haven't  heard anything back from them. This was 6 days ago now. I have tried to use their webchat which has not been available for the last few days and they have not responded to my Facebook message either

Unfortunately nobody here on the community forum is going to be able to do anything for you and you'll just have to keep trying to contact 48 support about this.
Only they can address the issue.
