30 euros from my account were deducted but it does not reflect in my 48 account, can you please help me with how to proceed?

What exactly do you mean by this?

What did you purchase and what are you expecting to see on your account?
Memberships, add-ons, cash credit?
What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?
Other than membership auto-renewal 48 can't charge payments to your card unilaterally.
And €30 is not a multiple of any plan price.
Are you sure that you didn't manually buy stuff adding up to €30?
