Can't port number to 48 - says it already exists

Hello,
My number was originally a 48 number. Is there a way of porting back over. When I type in my number it says it already exists

I presume you mean that your number used to be on 48, you ported it to another provider, and you're now trying to port it back to 48?

This sometimes happens when someone had their number with 48, moved it to another provider, and then try to move it back to 48 and it mistakenly said that it's already with 48.

I presume it's some back end database error.

You'll need to contact 48 support for assistance with this.
