Can I keep my non-Irish number on 48?

I just got my sim card from 48mobil but I want to keep my old number. The only problem is that it's not an irish number. Can I still keep it?

No, you can only port an Irish mobile number to an Irish mobile provider. 

You can't port non-Irish numbers.
