Hi guys, my debit card expired last December, I made a payment on Saturday but still can't make phone calls, any idea why and how to fix it?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data? 

What happens when you try to make a call to an Irish landline or mobile? Any error messages?
