Hi. I recently bought an Asus Zenfone 9 (Android version 12). I previously was using an iPhone 7. After inserting my sim into the Zenfone I found that calling works fine but my mobile data is not working.
I have checked that it is enabled in the settings. I have tried restarting the phone and removing and re-inserting the sim card.
When I go to "settings > Network & internet" and click "Mobile plan" there is a pop-up that says "48 has no known provisioning website. What does that mean? Is there something I need to do to get data working?
