After logging in to my account, I have not been able to access my payment and use data for 2 days.

What exactly do you mean by "not been able to access my payment"?

Do you have an active membership plan? 

If not then what happens if you try to buy one here? 

Any error messages? 

Are incoming/outgoing calls and texts working? 

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan and use mobile data?
