Vodafone smart ultra 6 3G HELP

Hello I have a vodafone smart ultra 6 unlocked to any network working fine on 48 but no matter what way I do it I cannot seem to get the 3G to work can someone please help

My internet needs reconfiguration every few weeks without warning, why does this keep happening
