Hi my internet has not been working for over a week now can you please tell me what is going on

Abroad, APN disappears

In Spain, can't get data to stay working. APN gets replaced by lots of foreign ones, a restart sorts sometimes, had data for few minutes, lost again.Tried adding APN manually, disappears also.. Worked fine at home. Galaxy S5

I'm in Vienna and I have switched my phone over yesterday using the advice on your website. It worked and I now have signal but I cannot make calls send texts or use my internet.

Hi!I have Android phone.On Guido plan.In France & can't use my data mobile.No problem accessing wifi in my Hotel.Please help

Signal verybad since it went off for a day a few weeks ago nowhere near as good as was b4 will it be fixed as no signal in the house anymore thanks

I'm off to Bulgaria tomorrow bcause it's not n EU can I use my data and if so is it more expensive also can I top up data here to use over there tnx
