Why is my data not working? Is it maxed? I thought it was unlimited?

Did it work before? 

Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Are calls and texts working ok?

The €12.99 plan has a 200GB Fair Usage Policy cap on data usage. 

If you use up the 200GB then you can buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data for the remainder of the membership plan month. 

The 200GB FUP cap will no longer apply from next month: 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and data allowance balance?
