Why cant i buy new plan

Hi, so basically, I want to buy a new.plan for me, because my monthly plan ran out, when I want to buy as in my already saved card or when I try to add new card to buy with that, it loads... And then says that something went wrong, and asks to contact the support, it never to me before

It's telling you to contact support so that's what you'll need to do.
