Unable to use free data when abroad

Hi I cannot use my free data when I’m abroad. I can make calls and receive texts but no data is used. Can you help me to access my free data while abroad thanks.

What country are you in?

There's no "free" roaming data.

All paid for membership plans include a roaming data allowance for the EU/UK.

In other regions where roaming data is supported you need cash credit on your account to pay for it - and an active membership plan:

If your SIM predates January 2023 then you may need a replacement to avoid roaming issues:
