Just manually buy a €12.99/200GB plan before your current membership (presumably a €10.99/100GB plan?) expires.
The €12.99/200GB plan will stack on your account to kick in when your current plan expires and that will then cover you for the following month.
If you have auto-renewal enabled then it will buy the €12.99/200GB plan from the month after that.
