You'll need to post a bit more info if you want help here.

Was it working before?

Or are you only joining 48 anew?

What exactly is not working?

What make and model of phone?

Is it unlocked for use on any network?

Did you activate the SIM correctly?

If you do a manual scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?
