My service is still down. Been nearly 24 hours now. I demand an extra day on my membership or I will be swiftly moving provider. I want a response asap and a time for when the network is back. I have missed numerous calls as a result of this.....

Service has been restored for many users.
Try switching off and back on to see if that fixes things.
If not then you'll have to contact 48 support.

It is finally working now. I expect the billing day on my account will be pushed at least 1 day further into the future. When answering a question you should reply to all parts of the question..
