Hi account up to date but SIM is not working.

You'll have to post more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

Was it working before? 

If so when did it stop working? 

Is anything working? Network connection/signal bars, calls, texts, mobile data? 

If you don't have a network connection then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network? 

Are there any error messages on the phone or when you log into your My48 account?
