I purchased an extra 5GB yesterday for roaming data. Why does the payment show that it expires on the same day when it wasn't used

Your image isn't displaying properly - it shows as a warning triangle. 

So the problem that you're seeing isn't really clear.

What exactly did you buy? 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment(s?)?

There's no 5GB mobile data add-on.

Do you mean that you bought 5 x 1GB mobile data add-ons?

What does your My48 account dashboard in the app say about your roaming mobile data allowance? 

Mobile data add-ons should be valid for a month from purchase or until the add-on allowance has been used up.
