Roaming never works in UK/NI - what can I do?

Hi,

My plan says that Roaming is available in EU and UK, but whenever I travel to Northern Ireland, I have seen that roaming doesn't work. Now, I need to travel to UK next week. Is there any specific setting that I need to do so that it works?

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems when trying to use roaming services for some reason and nobody from 48 has ever explained why or provided a guaranteed fix.

As such, the usual generic advice for roaming issues applies...

If your SIM predates January 2023 then maybe get a replacement in case it helps with roaming issues:
