What exactly do you mean by "roaming credit"?
What country are you in?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your membership plan status, allowance balances and expiry date?
Were calls, texts and mobile data working OK when you were in Ireland?
Are calls and texts working abroad?
If you're not actually roaming abroad and are referring to mobile data in Ireland then you need to first configure your APN settings before this will work.
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do that:
