Prob with internet

I had an account with 48 before but I have since gone back and got a new number however my Internet does not work when I leave this house I have loads of data mins as I have broadband in the house I would like to know how to sort prob I have turned the mobile data on and still cannot get internet I'm wondering is it to do with my new number as I had no prob before with this when I had a different account I haven't had internet properly for two months and constantly need to get wi fi to get internet which is very annoying when I'm suppose to have days on my membership please can u sort this prob thanks lisa

Did you configure your internet settings on your phone?
