My plan purchase is not going through. I wish to purchase 12.99 plan 5G pack. Payment is going through

You mean that there was no error when making the payment?

What exactly do you mean by "payment is going through" but "plan purchase is not going through"?

That seems a bit confusing.

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming plans?
