You'll need to post a bit more detail if you want help from the community forum.

What exactly are you doing?

What goes wrong?

What error messages?

Are you new or was it working before?

Did something change - home from roaming abroad, new SIM, new phone etc.?

Etc.

 

If necessary contact 48 support.
