What do you mean by "not receiving" your data allowance?
And what do you mean by "raised"?
Do you mean that your data allowance is not appearing on your My 48 account page?
Or do you mean that data is simply not working?
If the latter then have you configured your internet settings for data to work?
Read and follow these instructions carefully to do this:

If that's not the problem then please post back to clarify what exactly is the problem.
