If you have no signal (no connection to the local network and no signal bars) then you'll definitely have no internet/mobile data or calls/texts until you establish a new connection.
When did this start?
By any chance have you returned from roaming abroad?
If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If you can then what works?
Calls, texts, mobile data?
Do you know anybody else on 48 in the vicinity?
Are they similarly affected?
