Was it working before?

If so when did it stop?

We're there any changes on your phone?

E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset?

Or did you change phones?

What make and model of phone?

 

If you're just joining then did you activate the SIM?

Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?

 

If you scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Is roaming enabled?
