I don't have network on my phone

You'll need to post a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

When was it working ok last? 

Did anything change in the meantime? 

E.g. new phone handset, software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

By "no network" do you mean no connection at all to the 48 network - i.e. no signal bars? 

If so then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?

Can you see and connect to 48?

If not then do you get any error messages?

Yup, 5g data went about 12.30 today, hasn't come back yet, tried switching to 4g but no good either.. can make calls still.. wife is with 48 and hers is down too.

5G mobile data working fine for me right now in Dublin (Dublin 7/1).

I was on to them, they knew nothing about it, told me do all the APN settings etc, but still the same. Eventually they said there was a technical issue with data coverage and they were working on it. I was in cork city today and it went while I was there, im up in the Midlands now and its still not back at 10.30, the wife was in limerick today and she has no data coverage all day.
