What did you purchase?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
Are you on the unlimited data €12.99 plan or one of the cheaper legacy plans with a limit on the amount of mobile data?
When was mobile data working ok for you last?
Are incoming/outgoing calls and texts working ok?
