No Internet on Note 2 Again!!

Yet another month l've topped-up with 20 euro and don't have internet! I've had to hook-up to a friend 's to send this.
I've tried some fixes but no goodthis time.

Any suggestions?

What do you mean by topup?

Cash credit topup or new Don membership?

What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases?

Is there any next membership and start date listed?

Was data working before this?

If so did anything change on your phone?

E.g. software update, settings changes etc.?

Are your internet/APN settings correct?

You seem to be using a Samsung Galaxy phone and unfortunately there are many reports of these phones spontaneously losing the data settings for no obvious reason. And this is not specific to 48 but a problem world-wide.

 

Are calls and texts working OK?
