What sort of download/upload speeds are you getting using a speed test site/app?
Was it ever better than this?
Are you sure that your APN settings are configured correctly?
Maybe configure them afresh to ensure that they are?
Delete any existing APNs, text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:
If you still find that speeds are not what you expect then you may need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
