Mobile data not working

I updated my Internet setting and made a new APN.
Name:48 internet
APN:48months.liffeytelecom.com
Mmsc: http//mmcl/services/mms
Mms proxy: 10.1.11.19
Mms port: 8080
Mcc:272
Mnc:11
PAP
default

But it still won't work. It won't even show Internet speed or any indication of data transfer

Use these instructions:

Leave Authentication type blank/unset and set APN type to default,mms,supl or * if that doesn't work.

Make sure that data and data roaming are enabled.
