Hi , i have a problem with mobile data. I've tried manually unlock it and everything but nothing seems to be working

For data to work your internet settings need to be configured correctly.

I just bough a new phone name black view smartphone an and I cannot receive the data for internet pls help

As I said above for a new phone you need to configure the internet/APN settings and these instructions explain how to do this:
