Internet while Roaming

I am currently in France and don’t have access to internet. I don’t understand why because I did everything I could (APN parameters etc…). I have an IPhone 8 and the “3G” and network bars are displayed, but when I open internet I have the message “no internet connexion”….
3 people had this problem.

Seems to be a general issue at the moment.
