Internet not working

I have bought a plan but my internet is not working. Calls and texts work. The apn is correct.

Did mobile data ever work ok for you?

Are you sure that you have a non-zero data allowance balance?

Your My48 account Dashboard should clarify:

Are you absolutely sure that the APN is configured correctly?

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to make sure that it is:

If that still doesn't help then you'll need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
