Did you follow the instructions that I linked to above?
Did you manually configure your settings?
If you did and it doesn't work then you did something wrong.
In that case post your settings here for review - screenshots ideally if possible.

Are your internet settings configured correctly?
Do you still have a data allowance left?
Dial *100*8# and press call - what does it return?

BTW you keep posting about this but won't clarify the issues that I ask about and which might help to get you sorted quicker.
Please help others to help you by providing the info asked for and trying the suggestions made.
