Internet Connection Issue

I'm finding that my data connection keeps disconnecting. I then have to find a WiFi connection, go on to the tweakker and get the internet settings sent to my phone, I then have to install all of the settings. The internet might work for a day or an hour and then just stop working for no apparent reason. I have data roaming on so I can't see what the issue is. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4

When it stops working correctly are the APN/internet settings still correct?

Samsung Galaxy phones have an annoying habit of spontaneously losing the internet settings.

Maybe that's what's happening here?
