I can't pay for the plan

Hello,

I can't pay for my plan using credit.

I get an error (see attached screenshot).

Please check.

Your screenshot isn't displaying. 

What is the error message? 

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?

Is your payment card still valid and not frozen via your online banking?

"Is your payment card still valid and not frozen via your online banking?" - I don't understand you, why did you decide that I pay by card? Did I tell you about this anywhere? I told you that I pay with my credit. I have a credit of 13.02 euros on my balance (48.ie). I don't need to pay by card.

Message - "Oops, Something went wrong. Please contact care."

You'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance with this issue.

Which is what the error message already says.

Sorry, Dalyery, this is the first time I've seen 48.ie do something stupid like create a chat community. If you hadn't written about it, I'd have thought you were a 48.IE employee. 

I also wrote my texts without any rudeness whatsoever; I simply stated a fact. Sorry Dalyery if this offended you.

I don't understand what you mean.
