How to do the Newstalk cash macine competition on 48 mobile

I presume that it's a premium SMS number and you're asking how to text to it on 48?

However, a recent thread has a post from someone where they said that 48 support told them that only specific premium SMS numbers actually work.

The only supported 5-digit shorts codes are, 50300, 57802, 57886, 57557, 57765, 57666, 53125, 57117, 50300, 53125, 57117, 57666, 57765, 57802, 57886 & 57557.

I think that the Newstalk number is 57557 so you should be able to text to it if you have an active membership plan and cash credit to cover the cost of the premium SMS message(s).

If that doesn't work then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
