Hi, the last time I travelled to another country in the EU , my data wouldn’t work . I’ve researched this issue at the time and tried to change stuff in the settings of my phone all the ip address etc . In the end it never worked. So my question is what do I need to do in order for it to work, I’ll be travelling in a few hours and would appreciate the help.

For issues while roaming abroad the usual general advice applies...

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.

(On the other hand all the people who have no problems don't post to report their positive experiences!)

If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:

If calls and texts work but mobile data doesn't then double check that your APN settings are still configured correctly:
