I'm in Denmark and I have Samsung A5. I paid for roaming and it's not working at all, I can't call or text either. It says I'm not connected to any network and when I did a network search it wouldn't connect to a network it says that my sim won't connect.

What do you mean you "paid for roaming"?
You don't pay separately for EU roaming these days.
You just get a Guido membership in time for your trip and the normal membership allowances work while roaming in the EU.
What membership do you have active right now?
If it's not a Guido then nothing will work while roaming in the EU.
EU roaming only works on Guido.
